Undergraduate Student Government (USG)
What is USG?
The Undergraduate Student Government hears the concerns encountered by the undergraduate student body about campus life and works hard to find beneficial solutions to these problems by engaging with and connecting all areas of the university!
USG provides opportunities for students to learn, grow, and lead in an environment that promotes cooperation, respect for one another, intellectual and spiritual growth, creative imaginings, and pride in a job well done!
Undergraduate Student Government meets every Monday night at 7:30 p.m. in Room 308 of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings! If you are interested in speaking during Lobby Time, please contact the Speaker of the Senate, Gyllien Anderson.

Financial Transparency/Accountability from BGSU:
Students should have a say in University spending.
Wasteful spending should be identified and addressed.
University should prioritize ACTIVELY lowering costs for students.
University must find a way to pay for or lower the cost of External Learning Systems (Connect, Pearson, MindTap, etc.) for students.
Students should receive semesterly, easy to read, reports detailing University spending, particularly with money received from students.
